VAT
- All items displayed exclude UK VAT. This will be will be added to all invoices
at the current rate unless goods are for export. Proof of export is required and
valid VAT number for EU Countries.
Prices
- Prices charged will be those ruling at date of dispatch & are shown in GBP.
Carriage
- Deliveries are usually despatched as soon as payment has been made. Delivery
applies to deliveries within the United Kingdom. For deliveries overseas we will
quote individually.
Delivery
Times & Non Delivery – Usually overnight or 3 working days
depending on good required. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Under Royal Mail / Courier terms & conditions, all delivery times quoted are
approximate. Claims for non-delivery must be made to North West Time Recording
within 7 days of date of dispatch.
Goods
Damaged in Transit or short Deliveries - If your goods were damaged in transit,
we request that you report it to us within 3 days. If goods are visibly damaged
on receipt we require you sign on the delivery note accordingly. Once the
damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we will send out new goods
or issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
If you
have changed your mind - If you have simply changed your mind about your order
and you wish to cancel your order, or return your goods, then in line with the
Distance Selling Directive (DSD) you can do so provided you inform us of this
decision within 3 days from receipt. The goods must not be opened nor used and
must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us of your
decision to return goods under DSD, you have 14 days to do so at your own
expense. Once goods are received at North West Time Recording, we’ll issue a
full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method less a 15%
administration charge. This does not apply to goods ordered specially to
customers requirements which North West Time Recording are unable to re-sell.
Return
of Goods - All goods to be returned must be authorised before return. To
arrange a return please contact North West Time Recording on 0161 798 8002 or
Fax 0161 773 2441. All goods returned, unless faulty or damaged in transit, will
incur a 15% administration charge. Once authorised please return the goods to
our distribution centre:

Payment
- All Payments must be made in advance. We accept all major credit cards
including MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards such as Switch and Delta.
Refunds
- All refunds will be processed under uk law, we are bound by the Distance
Selling Directive & all refunds due (less any administration charge) will be
processed within 30 days of notice of cancellation or return of goods.
